The Centre for Health & Safety Innovation will act as the key resource for employers, employees, and others seeking expertise and direction on how to make workplaces injury and illness-free. Centre for Organizational Research and Development
The Government of Canada created a new permanent program to establish 2000 research professorships titled Canada Research Chairs. Canadian universities both nominate Canada Research Chairs and administer their funds. Each eligible degree-granting institution receives an allocation of Chairs. IAREH was created in 2001 as the successor to the Centre for Agricultural Medicine, Canada's only organization devoted to health issues in agriculture. Based at Saskatoon's Royal University Hospital at the University of Saskatchewan, the institute provides a comprehensive approach to education, research, and service to the people in rural Saskatchewan and Canada.
