Yukon Territory
The Workers' Safety and Compensation Board (WSCB) is an employer-funded crown corporation responsible for compensating workers with work-related injuries and promoting and enforcing workplace safety. It is the regulator/enforcer of the WHMIS regulations in Yukon and has an agreement with Health Canada to enforce the federal Hazardous Products Act (HPA) and associated regulations.

WHMIS Regulations have been harmonized with the amended federal Hazardous Products Act and Hazardous Product Regulations, which incorporate the GHS.
